About Washington, MO Attorney Jennifer DiCarlo

Jennifer combines broad legal experience with personal insight to help families and professionals plan confidently for the future.

A prior NYC Teaching Fellow, Jennifer taught special education to disadvantaged children in East New York, Brooklyn, gaining firsthand insight into the educational challenges faced by students and families – a perspective that fuels her lifelong commitment to advocacy and service.

That same commitment has guided her legal career. In her prior role as Professional Liability Claims Counsel for an insurance administrator, Jennifer, who is admitted to both the Missouri and New York Bars; was responsible for the resolution of countless employment discrimination claims and special education disputes involving public entities. This background in mediation and settlement conferences gives her a practical, solutions-focused approach today; strengthened by her own experiences as a parent of a child who needed early intervention.

In her free time, Jennifer proudly serves on the board of Bethel Hills, a 127-acre community dedicated to inclusive housing for individuals with disabilities.

She lives in Washington, Missouri, with her husband and son on a peaceful ten-acre property. Together, they love cheering on St. Louis City soccer as well as Liverpool FC. One of their favorite memories as a family was watching Liverpool defeat Arsenal in a summer friendly in Philadelphia, a special trip for their son’s birthday.
