You’re here because…
You don’t know how your loved one will get on in the world without you- physically, financially, emotionally- you fear dying or getting sick because your loved one needs you.
Family members either cannot or do not want to assume your role.
You’re not sure where to turn or who to trust.
You feel alone in deciphering all the issues involved in your loved one’s care, benefits, needs, finances. There is little free time in the present for planning the future. Yet no plan makes you feel very uneasy.
You sense your paying out of pocket for more items than you should (not maximizing benefits) or feel like one wrong step could jeopardize your child’s benefits (fear of losing valuable benefits).
You’re spread thin and need knowledgeable guidance.
I know these struggles intimately because I spent years both establishing and administering special needs trusts and these issues presented again and again.
I encourage you to book a call and talk it out with me. Gradually together, we will begin making a proactive estate plan for your child’s future that includes a support team you can rely on. You can then rest easy knowing a plan is in place should the unthinkable happen.
