Meet Attorney Jennifer DiCarlo

Jennifer began her legal career as a judicial law clerk and thereafter as an associate for an employment discrimination defense firm. She soon settled into an in-house role as professional liability claims counsel for a nationwide risk management company, a position she held for twelve years.

It was her experience as a parent advocate for her own son together with a prior background in special education which led Jennifer to shift gears professionally and begin focusing on special needs consulting. Prior to launching her firm, Jennifer was self employed as a parent advocate and thereafter a practicing attorney for a trust and estate planning boutique firm in St. Louis. More recently, Jennifer worked as Executive Director and Special Needs Trust Advisory Specialist for a global bank. As a regional fiduciary specialist, Jennifer led discussions with numerous finanical advisors, bank partners and clients concerning governmental benefits for disabled individuals as well as special needs trust planning and administration.

In her practice today, Jennifer works with professionals and families who are committed to making thoughtful plans for the next generation that consider both their present and future diverse needs. She practices in Franklin, St. Louis and St. Charles counties.

Jennifer resides in Washington, Missouri, with her husband and son. They enjoy living on a remote 10 acres while still being near all the wonderful amenities specific to St. Louis and surrounding counties. They are avid City soccer fans in large part due to their son’s enthusiasm for all things club soccer.
